misleading: liable or meant to deceive or mislead

Deceitful, adjective

deliberately misleading: intentionally misleading or fraudulent

 

The intention for misleading is stronger in Deceitful, since it is planned to be that way, on the other hand, Deceiving can misleading all the same even though the subject involved is not necessarily planning it to be.
